What will happen to the Group now?

The Group is now available for adoption by a suitable person. Applicants must be interested in taking on the group as fulltime founder. The new founder will have FULL responsibility to administer the group, collect new admin people if needed, update the gallery and permissions etc.

CURRENT ADMINS PLEASE NOTE:

1. During the adoption process all current active co-founders will be re-assigned as contributors. This is so I can limit the permissions so that journals and page settings cannot be changed until the adoption has been completed. You will still have voting rights so that the group can continue to accept art while waiting for a new founder. Once a new founder is in place, you can discuss with them what your new role will be.

2. I will also remove all in-active admins from their admin role and re-assign them as members if the admin area records show that they have not performed any admin action within a recent and reasonable time frame.

3. If current admins of this group wish to apply to become founder , please state in your application that you were a current co-founder.

** PLEASE NOTE: If a suitable new founder CANNOT be found within a reasonable period of time (ie: around 1 month) this group may be closed down. So if you love this group then PLEASE consider becoming the new founder. Any questions, note #Adopt-a-Group
